Ignoring comments, messages, or mentions can come off that you don’t really care about your community or what they have to say. If you’re not building relationships, you’re going to miss a huge opportunity to create brand loyalty and ultimate drive sales.

If you have time to binge the latest season of Love Island, you have 10-15 minutes to engage.

2️⃣ While engaging can be time-consuming, it’s important to actively engage with your community. You don’t have to be online 24/7, but it’s important to come up with a daily cadence that allows you to respond in a timely manner.

👉🏽 “Honestly, I don’t think it works all that well.”

3️⃣ Engagement is a critical part of your success on social media, including building brand awareness and creating a positive reputation. When you have a clear understanding of your engagement strategy and when you use metrics to improve upon those efforts, guaranteed it will work very well.
