Let me tell you, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do with content creation and social media if it weren’t for these four apps!

🔥 Asana

Here’s where my OCD Virgo self thrives y’all!

We used the project management tool to organize our content calendar and our deliverables, both internally and with clients. Tasks allow us to manage expectations and deadlines. For example, we use subtasks to manage all of the moving pieces of each post (i.e. caption, design, video edit, etc.). Tags allow us at a quick glance to see where any given post is at any time. For example, we use tags to designate when a post is in ideation or if it’s ready to be published.

🔥 Canva

I think by now everyone knows how powerful Canva can be!

We use Canva to create static posts as well as Reel Covers and Stories. The key is making everything unique to YOU. If you are using templates, think about how you can customize them more of your brand including your colors and fonts.

🔥 CapCut

If you don’t know, now you know...

CapCut is a FREE video editing app. It has a user-friendly interface and it makes it easy for you to edit content on-the-go. Our favorite features? There’s too many. But our top two just might be the automated and customizable closed captions (let’s be inclusive people) and the TikTok templates.

🔥 Later

And last but certainly not least, not only is their newsletter and their social BEYOND on point, but their scheduler is one of the best in the game!
